It’s our goal to provide a wellness community on the water to promote mental health, healing, and connection for veterans and first responders who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more.

22 veterans committ suicide every day. Trauma and mental health distress can deeply impact our relationships, our perception of the world around us, and our hope for the future. We do not believe veterans and first responders should walk through mental wellness alone. We believe in the power of community and the water for healing and hope.

Our free program consists of 8-week terms for small groups to come to the waters of Lake Michigan and learn to surf or paddle board alongside instructors. Yoga, mobility work, and wellness coaching come alongside our water program to provide a holistic approach to growth. What does a veteran or first responder need to join the program? Just a willingness to give a community of wellness a try. We provide the wetsuits, boards, and more.
